4-5 Month Transformation Program

What happens in 4-5 months together:

Over 4-5 months of weekly coaching, you'll move through a complete transformation from believing everyone else's needs matter more than yours to confidently including yourself in the circle of people you care for. We start by identifying the limiting beliefs sabotaging your self-care, then build a vision of your future self. From there, we implement sustainable practices that actually fit your life.

Finally, we integrate these changes at the identity level, and create systems to maintain your transformation long after our work ends. This timeline allows you to experience multiple real-life challenges and prove to yourself that you can maintain change even when life gets messy. By the end, self-care won't feel like something you're trying to do; it will be who you are.
