DISCOVERY CALL

Your complimentary 30-minute call is where we figure out if this work is right for you. We will talk about what your drive has been costing you, what you want it to feel like instead, and how I work. I will answer your questions, and we will decide together whether this is a good fit. No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation.

 

COACHING SESSIONS

Our work focuses on separating the gift of your perfectionism from the cost that has been riding alongside it. We will name the inner critic patterns running underneath your drive, build a real, lived sense of your own worth, and create practices that fit your actual life. I will not tell you what to do. I will help you trust yourself enough to know. Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom.

 

FREQUENCY

Most clients meet bi-weekly. That cadence builds enough momentum for real change, especially at the start, while leaving you space to integrate what we work on between sessions. Appointments are flexible to fit your schedule. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

 

HOW MANY SESSIONS

It depends on what you want. Some clients work with me for a handful of sessions on a specific pattern they want to break. Others commit to four months or more, which is where the deeper identity work tends to land. Six months is where the change becomes yours. We will talk through what makes sense for you on the discovery call, and you decide what feels right.

    Lori helped me get started on my "mindset" journey. One of the most important things I learned is regarding feelings and emotions. If we define them as something we use to validate our thinking, it is easy to see that mindset changes precede our emotional changes or reactions. It is so freeing for me to focus on thoughts and not immediately go to feelings, which has been my typical pattern for most of my life.

    She gave me the gift of her undivided attention during our sessions which is a rare and wonderful thing.
