DISCOVERY CALL
Your complimentary 30-minute call is where we explore whether coaching is right for you. We'll discuss where you are now, what's not working, and what transformation could look like. I'll answer your questions, explain my approach, and we'll decide together if it's a good fit. No pressure, just honest conversation.
COACHING SESSIONS
Our work focuses on helping you believe you matter and develop sustainable self-care from the inside out. We'll identify the beliefs keeping you stuck, envision your future self, and create practices that suit your real life. I won't tell you what to do; I'll help you discover what's possible and support you in becoming who you want to be. Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom.
FREQUENCY
Most clients meet weekly for the deepest transformation, though bi-weekly sessions also work. Weekly meetings build momentum and lead to faster change, especially at the start. Appointments are flexible to fit your schedule. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
HOW MANY SESSIONS?
It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for a few sessions on a specific issue. Others commit to 4-5 months for complete transformation. Six months creates the deepest, most lasting change. We'll discuss options during your discovery call, and you decide what feels right — one session at a time or a structured program.
