In 2021, I was 15 pounds over my goal weight and frustrated with my inability to make lasting changes on my own. I’d stopped taking care of myself, putting my own health and well-being on the back burner. I’d tried everything: different diets, workout plans, and motivation hacks, but nothing stuck.
So, I hired a nutrition coach.
She helped me with diet, meal planning, food tracking, and exercise. But the real transformation? That came from mindset work.
I learned that I mattered, that I deserved to spend time taking care of myself, and that I was worth the investment.
I also learned that I couldn't wait around for motivation to show up; I just needed to take action. I focused on who I wanted to become and what that transformation would unlock: wearing the clothes I loved, feeling confident in my body, and knowing I was taking care of my health.
Coaching reignited my belief in myself and my capacity to change. A mindset shift and new habits helped me reach my goal and, more importantly, maintain the results.
That's when I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
